Ingredients:
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 wedge of lime (about 1/6 of a whole lime)
Directions:
Mound the salt on one side of a saucer and the pepper on the other, leaving the center free for the wedge of lime. Let each guest squeeze the lime juice into the center and then stir, coaxing the three flavors into a thick little spot of sauce. Enjoy with grilled, roasted, or fried food.
